What to do if I wish to exchange an item?

The exchanges can be made only in our stores. Online, we will reimburse but not exchange. Online, you also have the possibility to ask for a voucher. If you wish to order another size, color or article, you need to place a new order or visit one of our stores in Belgium. 

Items purchased in our e-shop during the sales, from 2 January to mid February, can neither be exchanged nor returned in the shop, but must be returned by mail to the e-shop in order to receive a refund.
The cost of the return is at the customer's expense and will be deducted from the amount of the returned items.
