Where can I find my return label?

National returns

If you have a customer account; 

Return labels are sent automatically after you have made your return request in your customer account.

They are sent twice a day.

If you do not receive the second email with the link to your return label within 12 hours, please check your junk mailbox.

 

If you do not have a customer account or if you did not place your order through your customer account;

International returns

Once you put in your return request in your customer's account, you will receive a choice of transporters, each with different costs.

The “standard return” has to be paid by you directly at a return fee that we do not know, as it depends on the transporter.
The less expensive is the prepaid drop-off, these costs are already paid for and will be deducted from your refund.
